Chapagaun (Lalitpur), Sept 20: Chairman of the Constituent Assembly (CA), Subas Chandra Nembang, has expressed the commitment to help give sustainability to the betel nut and cardamom business in the country. Nembang made this commitment while releasing souvenir publications titled ‘Cardamom’ and ‘Betel Nut World’-2071 at a programme jointly organised by the Nepal Betel Nut Development Organisation and the Nepal Cardamom Entrepreneurs Federation.Stating that act of continuous involvement of farmers in betel nut and cardamom business despite adversities was positive, he expressed the belief that such act would help determine the right way for the development of the country.
Chairman Nembang the new constitution would be promulgated on the slated on time if the political parties were committed and dedicated towards it.On the occasion, he also urged members of the Drafting and Dialogue Committees to not leave the capital and carry out works during Dashain festival as works regarding constitution writing have been expedited.
